1. Junior Smart
Plan Administrator – Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Prepare engineering model environments.
• Communicate with clients and consultants concerning specific design issues.
• Assist in creating and submitting progress and technical reports.
• Develop modifications to existing techniques and procedures.
• Assist in the Calculation of quantities of material used, load
capacities, strength stresses, using established formula or manuals.
• Ensure design complies with nominated suit of Engineering Standards.
• Travel to Project Sites to collect technical information if required.
• Participate in Engineering Review Meetings.

Requirements:
• Diploma qualification in engineering with a minimum of 4 years of
experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Senior Estimator
Responsibilities:
• To generate and update unit prices,
estimating plan and basis of estimate for CAPEX and OPEX.
• Direct and indirect cost pricing.
• Develop pricing using SNC Lavalin estimating software (PM+).
• To allocate contingency and escalation.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree (any engineering fields).
• Cost estimating experience in mining process plant, material handling,
rail, roads, jetty and building project which cover: Earthwork, Piling
and foundation, Building, Structure, Mechanical, Piping and E&I
(advantage).
• Microsoft excel (advance level).
• Knowledge on project scheduling.
• Pricing benchmarking.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Senior Planner
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, maintain and update Project Schedule.
• To attend meetings on the project, and inform relevant project personnel on schedule and man-hours status.
• To develop and maintain a detailed task and deliverable list status and progress information n the system.
• Produce reports and graphics for earned value reporting.
• Coordination with other discipline manager and supervisor.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Project Planning & scheduling experience in mining process plant, material handling and infrastructure.
• Primavera P6 Professional.
• Ms Project.
• Earned Value Analysis.
4. Electrical Designer
Responsibilities:
• The generation of drawings and material take-off s.
• The creation of models and system drawing using CAD software.
• Supervise the work of junior draughting/ design staff.
• Provide guidance on the use of CAD software to junior staff.
• Work effectively as part of an engineering team.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years experience working as a Electrical Designer, other candidates will be considered for junior roles.
• A basic understanding of the underlying Electrical/ Instrumentation or Process Engineering.
• Competent and trained in AutoCad and/ or Bentley Microstation design systems.
• Preferably candidate who has experience in Smartplant Electrical.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency with spoken and written in English.
5. Instrumentation Designer
Responsibilities:
• The generation of drawings and material take-off s.
• The creation of models and system drawing using CAD software.
• Supervise the work of junior draughting/ design staff.

Requirements:

• Preferably candidate who has experience in Intools or Smartplant Instrumentation.

6. Process Designer
Responsibilities:
• The generation of drawings and material take-off s.
• The creation of models and system drawing using CAD software.
• Supervise the work of junior draughting/ design staff.
• Provide guidance on the use of CAD software to junior staff.
• Work effectively as part of an engineering team.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years experience working as a Process Designer, other candidates will be considered for junior roles.
• A basic understanding of the underlying Electrical/ Instrumentation or Process Engineering.
• Competent and trained in AutoCad and/ or Bentley Microstation design systems.
• Preferably candidate who has experience in Smartplant P&ID.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with spoken and written in English.
7.
Document Controller
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible to control, handling, distributing all EPC documents
and filing systematically under company project control representative
coordination/direction.
• Has necessary independence, authority and responsibility to manage document quality and archiving.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of science degree in an engineering related field.
• 5 years experience as a document controller of major oil and gas EPC projects.
• Have excellent detailed check and interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skill and superior planning.
• Proficiency with spoken and written in English.
8. Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Leadership of process engineering as part of an engineering project team.
• Monitoring junior engineers.
• Generation of deliverable Engineering Specifications, Report and
Drawings, managing drafters and junior engineers to produce
deliverables.
• Review of vendor drawings and documentation.
• Reporting to Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager on delivery of deliverables.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Materials, Metalurgy, Process Engineering.
• 10 years experience with managing and mentoring junior engineers and engineering teams.
• Design office and Site experience with metals processing.
• Hydrometalurgical processing techniques for nickel, gold and other metals.
• Some knowledge of pyrometalurgical processes an advantage.
• Work in multi-disciplined environment to deliver large scale project an advantage.
• An appreciation for quality management systems in an engineering design environment.
