• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or any relevant background
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably property background
• Required skill Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Indesign
• Required language English (both written and spoken) would be an advantage
• Ability to produce conceptual designs, fresh and original concepts
• Making and developing Promotion programme and budgeting, such as promotion media and event to increase sales progress from planning to execution
• Field supervising, maintenance and coordinate with advertising agency about promotion media
• Graphic design controlling and supervising to all promotion media and exhibition
• Able to work independently and with tight deadline
• Hard worker, creative, pro-active, ability to coordinate with team, self motivated, open minded, strong interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
