products for oil & gas industrial sectors and other industries
located in South Jakarta.

positions:
GENERAL MANAGER SALES
Objectives:
• Develop and implement the business strategy for the core activities
with emphasis on increasing market share, profitability and continuity
of business in close cooperation with the department staff and division
management.
• Install and develop an organization capable attaining consistency of
results and optimum growth by paying particular attention to utilization
of branch offices, manpower requirements and customer expectations.
• Maintain and develop a cordial and effective relationship to customer
and principal by communication, reporting and other suitable means.
• Develop existing business activities by taking full advantage of the
company s market segments as well as develop complimentary activities by
assessing and reporting on present and potential activities.
Requirements:
• Relevant
engineering degree with a minimum of 5 – 10 years in oil & gas industry experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice.
• A proven track record in managing major projects with a minimum of 5
years of experience as a Project Manager for significant oil & gas
projects.
• A high level of customer focus.
• Fluent both written and oral in English.
SALES COORDINATOR
Objectives:
• All aspect in
trading businesses, especially oil and gas products and contracts.
• Develop and expand the potential market.
• Develop and maintain good relationship and communication with customers and other related parties.
• Develop and maintain good administration and documentation.
• Develop standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Develop and coach the sales team.
Requirements:
• Has good experience and capability in sales and trades for oil & gas products for minimum 5 years (for Senior).
• Understand the oil and gas products.
• Honest, trusted , good leadership, hard worker, team work oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent both written and oral in English.
SALES EXECUTIVE

Objectives:
• All aspect in trading businesses, especially oil and gas products and contracts.
• Develop and expand the potential market.
• Develop and maintain good relationship and communication with customers and other related parties.
General Requirements:
• Holder diploma degree (in technical preferred) at minimum.
• Fresh Graduated / Experience Sales are welcome.
• Computer literature: Office & Internet skill.
• Independent, good interpersonal skill and sales driven customer focus.
• Willing to work under pressure, self motivated and entrepreneurships skills.
SALES SUPPORT
Objective:
• Support Sales in develop and maintain good administration and documentation.
General Requirements:
• Fresh Graduated / Experience are welcome.
• Computer literature: Office & Internet skill.
• Independent, good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work under pressure, self motivated and entrepreneurships skills.
