TOTAL E&P INDONESIE is a 100% Indonesian Subsidiary of the Paris based TOTAL Group, having its Head Office in Jakarta and operational sites in East Kalimantan. It was incorporated in Jakarta on 14 August 1968. Since then, it has been working partnership with the Indonesian Government, as a Production Sharing Contractor in the search for, and development of, Indonesia's vast hydrocarbon reserves.

TOTAL E&P INDONESIE oriented its efforts on the hydrocarbon potential of the Mahakam towards natural gas as the key to its nature in East Kalimantan. Exploration and appraisal works let to discoveries of considerable reserves of gas in the Peciko, Tambora, Tunu, Sisi, and Nubi fields making the company to become the largest gas producer in Indonesia, supplying 80% of feed gas to Bontang plant (the largest producing LNG plant in the world).

Gogirl! Magazine

Gogirl! Magazine was first published in February 2005. It was born out of the full passion on "magazinism". Although present as a "new kid" in the middle of a media business competition is very tight, then Gogirl! remain confident can find a place in the hearts of lovers of the magazine, especially teenage girls, with the tagline brought Magazine For Real.

Resp : Fashion stylists are responsible for helping Fashion Editor purchase and select clothing every edition of the magazine. The role holder dressing people used in a shoot and be responsible for the style coordination & placement of wardrobe and props on the shoot. The activities include deciding which wardrobe items are required according to the script and storyboard, finding the best range of merchandise to be used, hiring / borrowing / purchasing wardrobe items, building up and maintaining a network of contacts (Sponsor, Retailers, etc), keeping a keen eye on what is fashionable at any given time.

Resp : A Magazine editor develops the content or editorial plan of a Magazine, working with a team. The editor`s work encompasses a broad spectrum of writing and can run the gamut from writing a short article or product description copy to creating a script. The role holder will be managing, editing section in magazine, filter and sort out information/stories to be put inside magazine.
Req : Female, max 30 years old. Min 2 years experience as Editor. Min S1 from any kinds of majority, preferably English Literature, Journalism, Mass communication. Excellent in English and Bahasa (both oral & written). Strong leadership & editing skill. Able to work under pressure, extreme working hours and tight dateline. Good portofoli. • Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, or Mine Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in mining area preferably hauling road supervision
• Have ability in employees supervision
• Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified
• Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized and/or CAD drawing system
• Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks

• Degree or Diploma in Survey or Geodetic Engineering or related field
• At least two (2) years experience in surveying and engineering calculation, preferably in haul road construction
• Ability to demonstrate comprehension and operation of survey equipment
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of haul road operations and survey functions
• High level of communication skills – verbal and written
• Good PC Skills and computer literacy with extensive knowledge in 3D CAD
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry

Civil Engineer (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design haul road construction and also control and monitor application in haul road construction

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, or Mine Engineering
• At least four (4) years experience in surveying and engineering calculation, preferably in haul road construction
• Experience in the design of haul roads will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD software such as in roads is a must
• Working knowledge of MS Excel software
• Knowledge of engineering work plan and control methods
• The candidate needs to be a good communicator and commercially aware
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry

HR & Recruitment (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, recruit and control human resource and recruitment process

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
• At least four (4) years experience in labour relations, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, public relations preferably in mining haul road construction

Payroll (1 Year Contract)
Position Available: 1

Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate and timely processing to handle end to end processing of selected payroll

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• At least two (2) years experience in payroll experience including a strong knowledge of payroll, wage, tax laws and regulations preferably in mining haul road construction
• Good knowledge in handling payroll, incl. tax PPH21 monthly and SPT, Jamsostek, and understand General Ledger
• Good PC Skills and computer literacy especially Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
• One (1) year contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

  • Possess good communication skills to deliver the program & to communicate it to workers & management as well
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong command of English both oral & written
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience on handling ESH management system for at least 5 years
  • Certified as ESH expert (Expert in K3) will be an advantage
  • Experience in footwear industry will be an advantage
