Senior Drilling Engineer

- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related discipline

- Offshore experience is preferable
- Familiar with SKKMIGAS Standard Guidelines and Government Regulation
- Having IADC well control certificate and Migas APB III or II certificate is preferable.

Reservoir Engineer

- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
- Experience minimum 4 years for Reservoir Engineer with operating oil company
- Knowledge of reservoir displacement mechanisms.
- Ability to perform reservoir engineering analyses, as well as reservoir simulation.
- Experience with design and evaluation of well tests.
- Experience with preparation of production forecasts, and economic modeling and evaluation.

• Perform external audits for suppliers, subcontractors, and fabricators

5. Senior Instrument Engineer

• Responsible for preparation of instrument design deliverable in accordance with Client specification or International Standard.
• Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and Drawing Coordinator to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with instrument design
• Prepare the basic designs and issue them to the drafting supervisor for preparation of the drawing.
• Upon drawing completion, she/he is responsible for checking and ensuring that all documents, drawings prepared are correct
• Prepare any work procedures that are deemed necessary for manufacturing, handling, assembling or lifting of the equipment according to client requirement.
• Review prepared drawing and document to comply with the code, standards and specifications for correctness and possibility to be fabricated. To prepare all instrument engineering documentation including specification/data sheet/calculations, etc

Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Physic Engineering
- Min 10 year experiences in instrument design engineering for oil & gas industry

6. Senior Electrical Engineer

• Manage for preparation and issue of all electrical deliverables (including MR”s/TBE”s/Spec”s/Data Sheets design documents and calculations) in accordance with project “deliverables register” and “schedule”
• Ensure that all electrical aspect meet with Client requirement and International Standard.
• Complete IDC (Inter Discipline Check) and review of vendor documents / drawings
• Prepare the basic designs and issue them to the drafting supervisor for preparation of the drawing

3. Job Title: South East Asia Security Manager

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the provision of security support to all business activities in the region,including upstream and downstream operations and all supporting functions as required.
• Ensuring that the risks posed from terrorism, armed conflict, violent and organized crime, activism, civil unrest and commercial espionage in the region are brought to senior management attention with appropriate advice on mitigation.
• Provision of Maritime Security advice to businesses operating in the East Asia region, in particular the South China Sea and waters around Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Establishing effective Information Security protocols and managing Information Risk Control Measures relative to the threat.
• Overseeing and implementing the Group Security Standards and ensuring business compliance with all protocols and procedures.
• Timely and effective response to security incidents and ensuring corrective action is implemented.
• Providing annual assurance that all Government and Industry security compliance obligations are met.

Responsibilities:
This role will lead & support strategic fuels marketing initiatives for both Direct and Indirect Channel for Commercial Fuels Indonesia, Support business development efforts and sales improvement projects, particularly in the area of developing and launching new Customer Value Propositions, lead generation process, RTM/indirect strategy development, identifying new growth envelopes to drive business growth for Indonesia.

Position involves co-ordination and leadership of small virtual teams (local,regional & global) and will also play a supervisory role for contract staff (if required)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience in Marketing and/or Business Development B2B for Oil and Gas, Mining, Power or Manufacturing sector
- Minimum Graduate with honours or Post-Graduate MBA holder in Business, Economics or Engineering
- Experienced in consultancy, working across matrix organizations, across different countries would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
As part of Shell”s Project team for the construction of the Lubricant Oil Blending Plant heading towards the execution phase we seek an HSSE support for the local Indonesian Project Team to ensure compliance to Shell Group HSSE requirements, local HSSE legislations and other applicable requirements. This role will cover the all aspects from total implementation of strategy into a tender document for Engineering Procurement and Construction to execution and into commissioning. In a later stage during the construction and preparation of the operational organization, it”s expected to support the newly to be formed Operation team in the HSSE System development, set-up, training and implementation.
• To ensure full compliance with Shell Group HSSE requirements, Shell Lubricants HSSE requirements and all applicable local HSSE legal requirements in the Indonesia Greenfield project;
• Maintain a “live” HSSE Management System to ensure systems are in place to manage HSSE risks to ALARP to achieve continuous improvement;
• Provide HSSE support to local project team in the implementation of HSSE&SP policies, standards and initiatives such as Hearts and Minds, HSSE Golden Rules, Life Saving Rules etc to raise and enhance the HSSE culture of the workplace, including contractors;

• Ensure all channels of HSSE communication are conducted effectively on site, such as Toolbox meetings and organizing and participating in HSSE meetings.

6. Job Title: Project Accountant & Cost Control

Responsibilities:
This person will play a key role in ensuring project expenditures and funds are controlled, tracked and reported accurately and in a timely manner.

Key activities :
• Project cost monitoring and reporting. This covers actual expenditures vs. budget, outstanding commitments, value of work done,and latest estimates. To provide cost status info to the project manager, Business Opportunity Manager and other stakeholder.
• Project opex and capex summary reporting. A summary report needs to be prepared and sent out to reflect the spending and analysis monthly.
• Accruals monitoring. Based on commitments and expenditures, arrange for any accrual requirements and ensure that these are properly posted monthly/quarterly/annually.

Gambaran Pekerjaan :
  •     Melakukan analisa terkait penjualan sepeda motor Honda, termasuk analisa penjualan, kompetitor, dan aktivita-aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan marketing
  •     Memberikan usulan program-program marketing dengan tujuan meningkatkan penjualan
  •     Melakukan monitoring dan kontrol terhadap target penjualan dan pelaksanaan program marketing di masing-masing area pemasaran

Gambaran Pekerjaan :
  •     Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat desain , melakukan analisa , develop , implementasi dan melakukan improvement sistem layanan untuk jaringan
  •     Mengajukan troubleshooting , rekomendasi terkait konsumen , produk & jaringan
  •     Sosialisasi & melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain & jaringan
  •     Menganalisa trend kebutuhan , keinginan & ekspetasi konsumen
  •     Menganalisa , membuat proposal untuk peningkatan layanan di seluruh jaringan
  •     Sebagai konsultan Jaringan untuk pengembangan CS di seluruh jaringan
  •     Membangun image dan relationship dengan community virtual
  •     Melakukan analisa statistika & pembuatan reportnya
Kualifikasi :
  •     Telah lulus S1 jurusan Statistika / Matematika / Manajemen / Ilmu Komunikasi / Manajemen / Teknik Industri / Psikologi

  • Memberikan saran & masukan untuk pengembangan produk berdasarkan analisa kebutuhan pasar
  • Turut serta dalam setiap aktivitas kegiatan launching produk
  • Mengikuti perkembangan brand produk secara mendalam terlebih dalam hal teknis
Kualifikasi :
  • Lulus S1 jurusan Teknik Mesin
  • Usia Max 27 Tahun
  • Min IPK 2.75
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan komputer (MS Office , kemampuan data base)
  • Memiliki ketertarikan dalam bidang otomotive terutama sepeda motor
  • Diutamakan yang mengerti sepeda motor secara teknik
