Responsibilities:
• Identify the scope and requirement for Safety Engineering Studies such as HAZOP, SIL, FERA, EERA, QRA, etc on every on-going project and during the project BID stage.
• Liaise with Project Engineering Team and provide input related to process safety and personnel safety requirements in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Supervise the 3rd Party Subcontractor (Safety Engineering Consultant) and ensure that the required Safety Engineering Studies are conducted in accordance with applicable codes and standards and reports of same are submitted timely.
• Develop Risk Register and Action Item Register based on Safety Engineering Studies Report and ensure their follow up and submission of "Close Out Report".
