Responsibilities: This role has full responsibility for managing an accounts team and therefore it is essential that the successful candidate has a strong financial control background combined with superb commercial acumen. This role plays a major part in driving continuous improvements in order to increase profitability. This is a varied role combining both.

Housekeeper (Bali - Kuta)
Responsibilities: Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly attractive rooms in hotels, hospitals, and similar establishments : Obtains list of vacant rooms which need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges in order to prepare work assignments.

Chief Engineer (Bali - Kuta)
Responsibilities: Approve engineer work orders and make sure that the work done by team members complies with applicable codes, building regulations and standard operation procedures. They may help design, plan and review blueprints for the remodel or new construction of sites. Chief engineers will assist with the engineer budget and delegate workloads to their staff. This person will also collaborate with various third-party vendors or contractors in the development of products for their plans and project.

Responsibilities:

* Compiles annual budget, variance reports, weekly management reports, comp reports, and any other reports deemed necessary.
* Monitors work of employees to ensure that established policies and procedures are being followed.
* Oversees all follow-up work to ensure non-recurrence of errors; works closely with Business Office and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with established procedures.
* Counsels, guides and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
