Research and Development Staff
The incumbent shall be accountable for gathering information from various sources about consumer opinions or emerging market trends, merging the data into a meaningful report and be able to provide recommendation to enable organization to make sound decisions in launching new products or product development.

Requirements:

* At least a Bachelor’s Degree from Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field especially from real estate consultant or real estate/property company.
* Good analytical,high level of trust and work ethics.
* Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia spoken and written.
* Experience in conducting market research/real estate research by using specific qualitative and statistical market research method.

Marketing Executive Commercial
Responsibilities:
The incumbent shall be responsible for : prospecting potential customer by portraying their business needs, doing presentation as well as preparing presentation materials, proposals and quotations, reviewing proposal from potential costumers, customers progress report, maintaining existing customer to provide excellent costumer service and boost costumer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Age between 23 - 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Management
* Preferably has experience in Marketing/Public Relations (fresh graduate with strong interest in Marketing are welcome to apply)
* Good command in English (Writing and Conversation)
* Charming, persuasive, active and has good presentation skill
* Self confident, proactive, friendly and outgoing personality
* High level of integrity and able to work under pressure
