It is a subsidiary of the Media Group, headed by Surya Paloh, the company's President Director, who was a wealth of experience in the local media industry and is the publisher of Indonesia's third largest national newspaper, Media Indonesia. Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.00
* Male / Female, max age 26 years old
* Fluent English TOEFL 500
* Camera Face
* Interested in Journalism

Camera Person Development Program (CAM-DP)
Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from any major, GPA min 3.00
* Male / Female
* TOEFL Score min 450
* Max age 26 years old with height 170 cm
* Good eyesight (Not wearing glasses)
* Interested in Camera and Journalistic

Account Executive Development Program (AEDP)
Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from any major, GPA min 3.00
* Male/Female, age max 26 years old
* Having interest in sales area
* Good communication and negotiation skill
* Owned a car (a must)

Internal Audit
Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Accounting, GPA min 3.00
* Male/Female, max 26 years old
* Able to work effectively under pressure
* Having good interpersonal and communication skill
* Having high integrity and loyalty
* Computer literacy is required
* Willing to travel
* Working base would be at Jakarta
