PT Agincourt Resources

PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011.
The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

MOBILE EQUIPMENT AND PERMITTING TRAINING SUPERVISOR
(HR 1186)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Production Supervisor/Trainer.

This position would be responsible for:

• The role of the Mobile Equipment and Permitting Training Supervisor is to manage and coordinate the development and implementation of skills training, to ensure ongoing progression of all site personnel who require vehicle driving or equipment operation permits as part of the job role and function.
• The incumbent will work closely with Mining, Operations and SCM Managers, Supervisor and personnel authorized to gain permits to achieve the required corporate training goals and localization targets.
• Manage POP, POM and POU administration. Ensuring compliance across site and organizing and delivering pre-assessment training.
• The SOP Training Supervisor will take a lead in the development of appropriate training packages and constantly audit training procedures within the SOP section.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
2. Holds POP certification
3. A sound awareness of competency based training systems
4. 5 years experience in the mining industry with 3 years as a Vehicle / Equipment Operator Training Trainer
5. Thorough knowledge of Equipment Operator Standards
6. A sound awareness of operational safety issues and an excellent personal safety record
7. Is a Certified Rigger, Dogman and various MINERBA Vehicle Certificates
8. High level competency in personal computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

MOBILE EQUIPMENT AND PERMITTING TRAINER
(HR 1186)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Production Supervisor/Trainer.

This position would be responsible for assist the Mobile Equipment and Permitting Training Supervisor in the development and implementation of knowledge and skill training, to ensure ongoing progression of all PTAR personnel who require permits and licences in order to work safely and effectively within the appropriate manpower regulations and legislation. The incumbent will be the front-line trainer and assessor of numerous permits and licenses.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Is a Certified Trainer
2. Current Indonesian light vehicle licences
3. 5 years experience in the mining industry with 3 years as a Vehicle / Equipment Operator Training Trainer
4. A sound awareness of operational safety issues and an excellent personal safety record
5. Thorough knowledge of Equipment Operator Standards
6. Is a Certified Rigger, Dogman and various MINERBA Vehicle Certificates
7. High level competency in personal computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
8. Batak language skills
