Program yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan yang akan menempati berbagai posisi manajemen melalui program intensif selama 12 bulan di mana partisipan akan melalui serangkaian aktivitas belajar seperti in class program, on the job training, dan project assignment.

Persyaratan :

• Pria/Wanita
• Lulusan S1/S2 dari universitas terkemuka/terakreditasi di dalam maupun luar negeri dengan IPK = 3.25 atau WAM = 70 atau satisfactory remarks (second upper) untuk lulusan UK, dan = 5.5 untuk lulusan Australia.
• Maksimal berusia 27 tahun dan belum menikah (single).
• IELTS dengan nilai 6.0 atau TOEFL dengan nilai 500 atau TOEIC dengan nilai 600 (dalam 6 bulan terakhir).
• Memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi.
• Aktif dalam berorganisasi.
• Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di seluruh area/cabang CIMB Niaga.
